On the first floor, the child’s bedroom is a 16 m2 dormitory with two bunk beds and a single bed (90 by 200), luxury bedding and linens, a double wardrobe with a safe, a TV with a DVD player, a bathroom with 3.5 m2 shower and sink.
The heating is adjustable by thermostat.
Separate WC of 3 m2 with a basin.
